Tuna Rice

Serves 2

2 or 3 cups-Boiled rice
1 cup-Tuna (any kind of cooked fish)
½ cup-Corn
1 medium-Chopped onion
½ tsp-Garlic paste
A pinch-Turmeric powder
½ tsp-Coriander powder(optional)
A pinch-Black pepper
A pinch-Garam masala powder
To taste-Chilly flakes or cayanne powder
To taste-Salt
1 tsp-Oil

1.Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan. Add chopped onion & garlic. Saute until its transparent. Adblack pepper, turmeric powder, garam masala, chilly flakes and salt. Stir for 2 minutes.
2. Now add cooked fish and corn. Saute until the water evaporates.
3. Add rice and mix it very well with the fish. Stir the rice another 5 more minutes.
4. Garnish with chopped cilantro or parsley. Serve hot!
