Mushroom with Lima beans



Serves 4


Ingredients-
3 cup-Chopped Mushroom
½ cup -Lima beans
1 medium -Sliced onion
½ cup -Grated coconut
1 tsp-Crushed Ginger
½ tsp-Fennel powder
½ tsp -Turmeric powder
2 tsp-Coriander powder
To taste-Red chilly powder
To taste-Salt
2 tsp-Oil
1 tsp-Mustard seeds
1 tsp-Cumin Seeds


Method
*Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard and cumin seeds .
*Add onion and ginger, saute until brown.
*Add lima beans, grated coconut, turmeric, coriander, red chilly powder, and Fennel Powder. *Saute until the coconut becomes light brown.
*Add mushroom. (Do not add water) Stir well. Cook until almost dry and water has evaporated. *Remove from heat.
*Garnish with chopped cilantro.


Tips
*You can also add 2 diced tomatoes while adding mushrooms to make mushroom roast. This will be a great combination for chappathi and rice.
